- 12 fresh red chillies, finely chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
- Begin by preparing the chillies. Remove the stems and finely chop them.
- Next, mince the garlic cloves.
- In a small bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a small saucepan, add the chopped chillies and minced garlic. Pour the vinegar mixture over the chillies and garlic and stir well.
- Add 1/4 cup of water to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
